Autism Awareness Month Recap

Throughout the month of April, organizations and communities worldwide celebrated Autism Awareness Month to help raise awareness for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and increase understanding and inclusivity within their communities. At Surpass Behavioral Health, we found a variety of ways to participate, such as hosting a company-wide spirit week, participating in local community events and client appreciation activities across our 29 clinic locations.

Several of our clinics organized family fun days and ice cream socials to celebrate neurodiversity with our clients and their families.

To conclude our week, we ended with Superhero Day to celebrate our clinical superheroes who continue to be exemplary advocates for autism acceptance and inclusivity.
