I get to facilitate a culture where the parents are involved in the clinic culture along with seeing our families grow as their children grow.

Caseload was very manageable. Supervisors are compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and supportive. Flexible schedules. Fun and comfortable working environment.

I would describe the culture here as client-focused above all else. When we are focused on the clients, everything else falls into place. We also have a very collaborative approach. The leadership seeks insight and feedback from the team frequently. This creates a constant feedback loop. The leadershipteam hears concerns and responds while clinicians see the changes made to address the concerns - creating a productive cycle of communication. This process conveys value to each team member and establishes an environment of mutual respect and appreciation.
