Our Autism & ABA Therapy Services

We offer high-quality, customized autism services for children up to age 21 using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, which is widely recognized as the most effective, evidence-based treatment for autism.

“Research shows that early diagnosis of and interventions for autism are more likely to have major long-term positive effects on symptoms and later skills.”

About ABA Therapy

ABA therapy is an evidence-based behavioral treatment that can improve quality of life for children and teens with autism. ABA therapy for autism fosters basic skills such as looking, listening, requesting and imitating, as well as complex skills such as reading, conversing and understanding another person’s perspective. It helps reduce behaviors that make it difficult for children to learn.

Our ABA Process

1

Pairing

We develop positive foundational relationships with our clients through “pairing” to build rapport and get to know our clients’ needs. Pairing establishes a positive, trusting base for relationships to grow between our ABA therapists and clients.

2

Individualized Plans

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) will work with you and your family to develop a customized ABA treatment plan to help your child acquire new skills and/or reduce challenging behaviors based on their individual needs.

3

Interactive Therapy

ABA services are intensive and interactive. Our trained therapists work closely with clients and their families to apply the principles of ABA therapy  by teaching language, social, self-help, academic, and daily living skills.

Positive Behavior Support Services

Kentucky Locations Only

Positive Behavior Support Services (PBSS) teach positive replacement behaviors to reduce problematic behaviors using various treatment strategies. PBSS is a benefit of the Michelle P. Waiver, Supports of Community Living Waiver, and Acquired Brain Injury Waiver in Kentucky only.

We Support You Wherever You Are

We offer ABA service options at our support clinics, local schools, and in your home.

Clinic-Based Services

We offer ABA therapy, training workshops, consultations, and follow-up supervision in our state-of-the-art clinics. Through clinic-based therapy, our trained therapists emulate aspects of community and school environments to enable our clients to learn and practice skills including social interactions, repetition, and communication.

School-Based Services

We work with local school districts to provide ABA therapy, behavior support services, and education consultation services for children with autism. Our school-based ABA program provides classroom services including positive behavior support plans, ABA-trained 1:1 aides, social skills programs, ABA evaluations, and more. In addition, we provide professional development workshops and in-service training programs for teachers and staff upon request.

In-Home Services

Intensive ABA services can be provided in the comfort of your home, as well as in various community locations. Due to work schedules or other daily responsibilities, in-home services are often easier for some families. In-home ABA therapy provides clients with a natural environment to gain and practice skills while engaging parents and siblings as well.

Your Support System

Our enthusiastic ABA therapists are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. Your individualized plan will be performed by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your care team will be there every step of the way to walk alongside you.

An RBT works 1:1 with children with autism to develop social skills, living skills, and academic skills. They implement the ABA strategies outlined in your child’s treatment plan under supervision of a BCBA.

BCBAs provide high-quality ABA evaluation, therapy, and consultation services. They conduct your child’s behavioral assessment, design their treatment plan, and supervise the implementation strategies.

Your Clinic Director provides overall quality assurance and support to your clinic’s staff. They ensure you are receiving the highest quality of treatment and services you and your child deserve.
