If you feel that we are not able to solve your concerns, you can contact the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
If you prefer to report your grievance via phone, please call 844-918-3400 and either remain anonymous or request a return call.
If you would like to submit a report online, please visit www.hotline-services.com. There will be a field listed as “Organization Name”, and you will simply type “Surpass Behavioral Health”. Click “Submit New Report” and follow the prompts to complete.
