How It Works
Using Jeenie is simple. During a therapy session, parent meeting, or phone call, a Surpass team member can connect with a qualified interpreter in just a few moments. The interpreter joins the conversation by phone or video and provides real-time interpretation between the clinician and the family. This allows everyone to communicate clearly while maintaining the natural flow of the conversation.
