Daniel Byrdsong
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for Surpass Behavioral Health, Daniel Byrdsong leads strategy for the company to operate efficiently and effectively in order to provide the best care to patients. Prior to joining Surpass, Byrdsong was CFO of Autism in Motion, Inc. (AIM), where he played an active role in the early stages of establishing the company. At the end of his tenure at AIM, they operated 14 locations and served over 200 clients and their families.
Byrdsong’s passion for autism care stems from having a son with autism spectrum disorder. ABA Therapy has transformed his life personally, giving his son the needed care to go from non-verbal and no eye contact to recently completing kindergarten in a peer-based setting without the need for classroom aides.
Byrdsong has over 15 years of experience working in rapid growth environments for companies. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lipscomb University. Byrdsong received his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Kelly has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2009 after finishing her undergraduate degree in Management at Clemson University. Throughout her career, she has worked at Surpass Behavioral Health in a variety of roles including Direct Therapy Provider, Office Manager, BCaBA, BCBA, Clinic Director, Regional Director, and now Director of Clinic Operations. Kelly received her Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis through Florida Institute of Technology. She has been married to her husband Ricky since 2011 and they have two boys and a poodle named Gracie. Kelly resides just outside of Charleston, SC and enjoys cooking, puzzles, and volunteering at her church.

Vikki Elmore
Director of Clinical Quality
Vikki completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College, European Division, while residing in Germany (1997), and her Master of Education degree in School Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University (2003). She has provided services to children with developmental delays including autism since 2001. She initially worked as an Early Interventionist and Behavior Specialist, with ENMRSH Early Childhood program in Clovis, NM and as an Early Interventionist for Bright Start in Columbia, SC.
Vikki has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2008, becoming a BCaBA in 2009 and BCBA in 2010 after completing coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout her career with Surpass Behavioral Health she has held a variety of positions including Lead Therapist, Program Supervisor, Clinic Director, Regional Clinical Coordinator and now Director of Clinical Quality. Vikki has been married to her husband Brian since 1995 and they have two daughters, a son, and a daughter-in-law. Brian served in the USAF for 22 years with their final duty station at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC where they continue to reside. Vikki enjoys visits with her adult children, working out, spending time at the lake/boating, and operating their Airbnb in Summerton, SC.
