Although an entry-level position, RBTs are crucial members of our team. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, as an RBT you’ll implement ABA interventions and provide compassionate support to our clients.
BCBAs are highly skilled professionals in the field of ABA. As experts in ABA they design personalized interventions to support individuals with autism, aiming to improve their quality of life and achieve meaningful outcomes. In order to become a BCBA you must hold a master’s level degree.
Clinic Directors provide overall quality assurance and managerial support to clinics. They oversee the clinic staff and ensure clients are receiving the highest quality of treatment and service in a timely and ethical manner. This position requires a BCBA certification, as the Clinic Director functions as the lead BCBA.
